Keep wondering if supervisors, managers, and co-workers are attune to the accomplishments of their peers and employees.  I wonder sometimes if workplace test-taking if it is a substitute for a supervisor who doesn't know how to evaluate employees as they do their work.

Tennessee is allowing arts teachers to submit their students' work as one yardstick of how well they contribute to the children's achievement.

Have been a fan of well-done portfolios for decades. There are lots of wrong ways and right ways to construct a learning or teaching portfolio. Demonstrate learning, not just activities accomplished, is one basic priniciple.
