The term Kaizen literally translates to "continuous improvement." That said, it's always a good time to consider a Kaizen event in your efforts to improve. Kaizen events have been run successfully within Lean and Six Sigma projects, or as part of a standalone effort. Participants in Kaizen events express great satisfaction from their involvement, and confidence in the results they achieve. Tiffany Davis, a veteran of performance improvement and CHC Associate for the past 10 years will take you on a journey of how to plan for and execute effective Kaizen events, with case study examples.
