One interesting idea that is presented in this article is  although we are dealing with management and leadership people need to remember to take care of how they think as well as their heart and how they feel.  Great leaders always remember to be passionate about what they believe.

This article is about how a man meets a school teacher he knew and the teacher continues to talk about the problems with his school and how they could be possibly solved. The man evaluates each point and then gives the six ways to improve education systems: vision, disruption, ability to appeal human emotion, the ability to scale, beauty, and endurance. He defines each and how they can be used.

Within this article the author says that you must have the following ideas in order to have a great outcome within education.  I can relate to the idea of shifting paradigms and it also relates very well to my project.  Teachers must let go of the power and give it to the students.
