Every leader should write down your own personal "why" you want to lead.

Dear Kelly, yes this is my why. When I was young one leader believed in me until I believed in myself. My goal is simply to help others reach their potential. Sometimes all it takes is that one person. I am so fortunate to have had many mentors who have helped me. Don, yes -- I do believe that every leader should know their why and write it down.
