EQ is key, yet so many top leaders and senior managers have it... or understand it. Despite this, however, their businesses can still thrive--albeit oiled by the blood/sweat of their Team. I would submit that their mission gets accomplished through the leader's vision, but the true cost is measured in the attrition of their Teammates... or their capitulation. This is not a strategic solution for long term success...
