Fünf konkrete Warums von MItarbeitern:

1) Warum bin ich hier?

2) Warum sollte ich Deiner Führung vertrauen?

3) Warum sollte ich diesem Unternehmen gegenüber loyal sein? oder auch: Warum sollte ich mich für deises Unterhemen einsetzen?

4) Warum werden die Werte in diesem UNternehemn nicht klar kommuniziert (und gelebt)?

5) Warum Ist nicht klar (und transparent) wie mein Engagement belohnt wird?

 

Ich würde an eineigen Stellen allerding weitergehen wollen. Wesentlich für das Engagement ist Respekt und Wertschätzung - und damit z.B. auch Transparenz und Erleben von Kultur und Werten und Offenheit beim Gehalt....
