our mettre en place ces 4 conditions, vous aurez juste fait évoluer votre culture actuelle de façon simple et naturelle, une condition à la fois.
Pour conclure, dans son livre « Delivering Happiness : A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose »  Tony Hsieh  le PDG de Zappos  ne parle jamais d’innovation ! Pour lui, l’innovation est une simple démonstration de sa culture d’entreprise !

Plus précisément, ce style de management « altruiste et désintéressé » se caractérise par :


1) une attitude modeste (acceptation des critiques, reconnaissance de ses erreurs)
2) la possibilité offerte à ses collaborateurs d’apprendre et de se perfectionner
3) des preuves de courage (en prenant des risques personnels par exemple pour défendre l’intérêt collectif)
4) la responsabilisation des salariés.

Leadership is a process given this article. It is not a role and emerges from the processes we encounter living in community with one another. It becomes the gerund, leading, rather than a fixed, static place we embedded in.
