Ivon Prefontaine's curator insight, February 28, 2014 6:31 PM

A key is to see the one behavior as not merely conforming, but allowing diversity within the organization. I find schools and what we call education are approaching culture shifts as conformity. A recent blog posting by a 'highly regarded educator' suggested we need all hands on deck to make the necessary cultural changes. That sounds like the same culture perhaps packaged differently.

Graeme Reid's curator insight, March 2, 2014 6:25 PM

Leaders who espouse certain values , but act in a completely different way can never bring about culture change. - but they are often very surprised why their initiatives fail.  People watch you behaviour more than they heed your words.
