Palazzo Pascali is located in the historic centre of Comunanza and is named after the homonymous noble family I Pascali, crusaders who came back to Europe from Jerusalem in 1300, landing in Ancona, important papal seaport; they consequently stayed in Le Marche, as they received lands and properties as reward and recognition for their services in the Holy Land. I Pascali chose as armorial bearings the Agnus Dei "Victimae paschali laudes" and prospered in the Piceno for more than 500 years.

The monastery has very ancient origins. It was built by St. Francis, in 1200, during a pilgrimage to Assisi and Loreto.

Hostel Villa Borgognoni is a beautiful nineteenth-century’s mansion set in a park with conifers and tall trees. The property is situated on the west hills of the town of Jesi, in a quiet location just 10 minutes walk from the historic centre.
It consists of a solid body construction with a square base, topped by a tower that gives verticality to the structure.
