Le Marche Suggested Accommodations: Casolare Re Sole, Montottone | Le Marche Properties and Accommodation | Scoop.it

Casolare Re Sole is a recently restored farmhouse just outside the mediaeval town "Montottone" in Southern Le Marche. It combines the historical charm of the traditional farmhouse with a stylish designer aesthetic. It has its own vinyards and olive groves. A perfect combination of the old characteristics and new.
Situated on 8 hectares of ground we offer peace and tranquility. You can enjoy the silence, the beautiful landscape, the Mediaeval cities, the spectaculair sunsets, fantastic food and great wines.
There are: 2 double rooms and a mini-apartment ( also for 2 persons). The apartment and 1 of the rooms can be combined for a 4-person stay).

In summer the owners will offer you all kind of activities like winetours, winetastings, cooking and photography courses.
In summerpeople can book a place in the nice mini-camping at the edge of the vinyard.

From Casolare Re Sole it's easy to explore the south of Marche.
Visit the nice beaches of the Adriatic sea or go hiking in the Apennine Mountains. Visit a local pottery, an organic cheesefarm, the local breweries, the wineneries or beautiful towns like Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata.

Vento di Rose B&B Monterubbiano Le Marche

Vento di Rose B&B Monterubbiano Le Marche | Le Marche Properties and Accommodation | Scoop.it

Emanuela and Emidio, Owners of Vento di Rose, have converted their home into a small three room B&B, but don’t let the amount of rooms fool you. Each is tastefully decorated in a different theme with impeccable attention to detail. The Beds are comfortable. The Breakfasts simply gorgeous. Everything served is homemade, fresh and of the highest quality. Regional cheeses, sausages and meats; fresh bread, pastries, baked vegetables, fruit preserves, fresh juices… But what truly makes a stay here exceptional is the personal attention from Emanuela and Emidio.

N.23 - Successful "Case History" of foreigners buying a property in Le Marche

N.23 - Successful "Case History" of foreigners buying a property in Le Marche | Le Marche Properties and Accommodation | Scoop.it

What’s it like to finally achieve your dream of living in Italy?

Mariano Pallottini's insight:

Pauline and Rob are living out their dream of living in Italy and are now running La Mela Rosa, a luxury bed and breakfast in the Le Marche region of Italy.
They decided to buy a property in Italy because was a dream since first living in Rome in 1976. The British Couple loved Italy and Italy still Loves them and 30 years to achieve their dream seems to have a great payout.
As happens always with foreigners visiting Italy, they have never heard about the Region Marche, a wonderful Region that apper to many of them as a well kept secret. Italian friends suggested them to look at Le Marche and searching in internet they found nice properties in the green, spectacular area of Amandola, close to the Monti Sibillini National Park. The couple felt in love with the area as soon as they arrived in 2004, but took 2 years for the couple to be very persuaded to make the investement. Once decided, things runned quite fast. Early in 2007 the sale was finalised and, completely renovated a stone farmhouse, Pauline and Rob started their life in Italy.
Now they run a small business, La Mela Rosa, a luxury B&B and enjoy the real life offered by the quite area. Their neighbours are farmers and all look after each other, so they can relax in the beauty of their spectacular views. The couple enjoy the food that is good and healty, truffle hunting with their guests in this unspoilt part of Italy.
