Foreign Investment Boom in Italy: UP 79 % in 2013 | Le Marche Properties and Accommodation | Scoop.it

There is a boom in foreign investment in the Italian real estate market. While 2012 saw an increase of 35%, the year to October 2013 has seen this investment in ‘real estate’ increase by as much as 79% according to a recent study of the "Real Capital Analytics Inc." Russians, Arabs and Americans are looking for beautiful properties to buy as holiday homes or as property investments. It is therefore important to choose a real estate agency capable of dealing with this particular clientele, an agency who knows their language and culture, because buying a property is not the same worldwide. We can therefore say that if this is not a good time to buy (us as Italians); it is absolutely a good time to sell, as long as the property satisfies foreign investor’s tastes.
