Only via the combination of the careful selection of components and materials coupled with the use of skilled artisan workers are we able to attain a product of such high quality, completely eco-combatable and long lasting over time.
Our shoes with the “Goodyear Welted” type of construction and their famous characteristics which are well known thanks to the space between the sole and insole being filled with cork agglomerate. This layer of cork allows for extra comfort and breathability as well as maintaining an even temperature for the foot and forms a comfortable anatomic shape to cradle the foot.
The type of artisan construction derived from hand stitching the sole to the upper using a leather welt, also allows the resoling and repairing of the shoes at any time and is relatively easy to do.
The choice of materials, plus natural first grade leathers, also gives the product an enhanced characteristic of water resistance and breathability.
