This article is related to GOV&LAW because a state trooper broke the law when he got behind the wheel 2x the legal drinking limit. He only got around 6 months in jail and I believe he should have received more because he killed a young woman when the car he hit exploded into flames. unbelievable that the one person who should have known better made the mistake no one should ever make.

I agree with you Katie, I think he should have gotten more than 6 months in jail. Since he did actually kill the girl driving the other car. He didn't just hit her with a low speed. I think he hit very hard that is why her car exploded into flames after the hit.

I agree with both chelsie and Katie, I think that he should have gotten more than six months. He knew better than to drink and drive and he should be punished accordingly
