David Gilroy's insight:

£400 per "lead" but I assume that Andrew meant per "accepted case".  And with a margin of £100 after the cost of the work done, he's right, that's not enough profit.

An internet banner advertisement by an Essex law firm which showed a woman’s face above the slogan “awarded £40,000 after cosmetic surgery – claim now” was misleading, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled.

Just shows, law firms HAVE to be careful when thinking about what their banner adverts on other websites say, even when there is a distinct lack of space in which to say it.
