Dieci semplici regole per avere successo in tutti i campi fondamentali della vita (lavoro, relazioni e vita privata). Tutto nasce dall'abbandono di frasi che non motivano affatto a fare delle nostre giornate le migliori di sempre. Si parte dalla ricerca di un mentore (magari la prima persona con cui si socializza a lavoro, ma non un pari grado), fino ad arrivare alla condivisione ed all'ascolto di cosa i propri figli hanno da dire, condividendo punti di vista, passando per una costante cura del corpo e della mente. Tutto questo dentro un grande articolo che, anche se scritto per le donne, contiene degli ottimi spunti da seguire anche per gli uomini. Non siate settoriali, mi raccomando.
