Wer Langlauf praktiziert, ist gesünder und lebt länger. Richtig? In jüngster Zeit kommen daran Zweifel auf. Irgendwo bei 50 km pro Woche bzw. 7-8 km pro Trainingslauf könnte der Punkt liegen, bei dem sich die positiven Auswirkungen auf das Herzkreislaufsystem ins Negative wenden. Ein weiteres Argument für CrossFit Endurance also, dass Technik und Intensität dem Umfang des trainings vorzuziehen ist und "Junk-Meilen" vermieden werden sollten.
