Triathleten sollen mit funktionalen Workouts ganzheitliche Bewegungsmuster trainieren und die Koordinationsfähigkeit schulen. Und stattdessen auf die Stärkung isolierter Muskel an Kraftmaschinen verzichten. 

 

Empfohlene Übungen z.B.:

- Walking Lunges mit Rumpfdrehung, optional mit Medizinball

- Liegestütz von einem Stepper o.ä. runter

- Ruderbewegung mit einem elastischen Band

- Bärenlauf (Krabbeln auf allen Vieren)

- Step-ups
