"Faith" - kraitosography 2010

"Faith" - kraitosography 2010 | kraitosography | Scoop.it

It was a Sunday in September 2010, I just got my new vintage camera delivered from Europe. it's a vintage Ihagee Exa SLR German Camera with vintage Zeiss telephoto lens. Ihagee is famous for producing what was... if not the first in the world, at least the first widely known single-lens reflex (SLR) camera, the Exacta. The Exa is Ihagee's post-War consumer version of the Exa. It was constructed using less-expensive materials and the shutter design was considerably simplified. I was in the taxi on my way for afternoon tea with some friend and biz talk, but needed no car. In this kraitosography can tell you exactly that this is Asian country, Thailand. Most of the taxi drivers here would hang the holy flowers to pay respect with the Buddha for safety reason. What I like the most is his family pict on the panel :)

I exposed with Ilford HP5 film and Ilford HP5 400 Film.

This kraitosography published on Wroommm!! #2 in June 2011 as well :)

Youtoo Announces First Social TV Network With Revolutionary Technology That Allows Millions to be on TV

"...Youtoo developed this revolutionary technology, which allows viewers to record and submit videos that are then filtered for content and broadcast on TV. This automated process enables anyone, from anywhere, with Internet access or a mobile device to be on TV within minutes. Unlike standard social networking, where you interact with your friends and followers, on Youtoo TV you are in front of a national TV audience of 15 million. Youtoo will start by putting 500 people on TV each day – providing more Americans than ever before with a real shot at their "15 minutes of fame." The videos, aptly called "Fame Spots,"™ can be recorded easily from an Apple or Android smart phone, tablet or computer. In just a few clicks, anyone can upload their "Fame Spot" and be on TV for free. Youtoo will play a key role in democratizing who gets to be on TV."

10 Productive Tasks You Should Be Doing On Google+ Right Now

10 Productive Tasks You Should Be Doing On Google+ Right Now | kraitosography | Scoop.it

Google+ had a hot start, but has since cooled down. For a lot of people, that means ignoring Google+. I want to warn you that is a bad idea.

Although the lights are on and it seems like nobody is home, trust me: there are people there. And they are the very people who can have a huge impact on your blog and business.

Why Google+ isn’t going anywhere

Google+ is designed to draw you away from both Twitter and Facebook. And in time, it could do this.

Yes, Facebook has over 800 million users. People like to state that number and then say “Facebook isn’t going anywhere.” Fair enough. But people do migrate. It happened to AOL. And it could happen to Facebook. In fact, former Facebook president Sean Parker says influencers are already moving from FB to Twitter and Google+.

YouTube prepares to launch scheduled TV channels

YouTube prepares to launch scheduled TV channels | kraitosography | Scoop.it

The Wall Street Journal reports that Google is getting ready to launch as many as a dozen TV-like channels with scheduled content to lure viewers away from their TV screens. It is said to have been shopping the ideas around US media firms for several months.  It is said to have cut a range of content deals and is paying “from a few hundred thousand dollars to several million to content creators to create and curate videos for a channel”.
There is no word on what these channels might be, but not hard to guess. YouTube already has a range of categories for some of the TV shows it features including entertainment, comedy, drama food, news and travel where visitors can watch clips or whole episodes.  Some of this content such as Five Neighbours is brand new programming while other stuff like Big Brother series 1 is archive material. Until now this has not been scheduled, which is the big change that YouTube is looking to make.

How Stumble Upon Works and Why I Won't Stumble your Post

How Stumble Upon Works and Why I Won't Stumble your Post | kraitosography | Scoop.it

Stumble Upon is the biggest driver of traffic to blogs and websites on the net, far surpassing facebook.

It is an important tool for traffic generation to your blog. A lot of people complain that it does not bring loyal readers to your blog because most people are quickly stumbling through giving random thumbs up.

The more I use it the more I see this to not be necessarily true. And if you use it in this way, Stumble Upon won’t reward you.

Stumble Upon is where I do most of my online reading, it is where I most discover new blogs, blogs that I have become loyal readers of and who I have now written guest posts for, which have driven me more traffic.

Social Media: If Content Is King, Then Storytelling Is Queen. 18 Checkpoints To Consider.

Social Media: If Content Is King, Then Storytelling Is Queen. 18 Checkpoints To Consider. | kraitosography | Scoop.it

In my previous post, I touched on content marketing and I emphasized throughout the post the importance of quality content. But what does that mean? If content is king, surely storytelling must be queen! What do I mean by this? I think storytelling is an important part of blogging. I have read many blogs, articles and as I step back to reflect on those that I would consider to be the cream of the crop, I can identify three components to online storytelling. Furthermore, each component has 6 key checkpoints. The three components are:

- The Story - the actual content and substance of the blog;
- The Goals – as it relates to the post and what you are trying to achieve with the audience; and
- The Delivery- how the content is conveyed.

Now lets look at the six checkpoints of each component...
