Students are entering the workforce with a far higher level of capability and aspiration than we think - and they are out to change the world.
I detect a profound change of attitude whenever I talk to young people entering business or the workforce. While older people, like me, talk about the end of the industrial age, younger people talk about changing the world. The New York Times parodied it as Generation Sell (and provoked an indignant backlash in Europe as well as the USA). This is not generation sell so much as generation “get it right”.
