The path to becoming a “social organization” or a “social business” is inevitable, despite the many challenges to consider, such as how to communicate (from point to point to social), how to get organized (from hierarchies to communities), how to create (from central output to peer output) and where value will come from (from hierarchies to networks).


Businesses that will successfully transform into a social organization will potentially take advantage of great benefits, among them the ability to deepen customer relationships, increase workforce effectiveness and drive product/service innovation.
