This article comes from Alex Ross at The New Yorker. He  has been a well known and credible music critic for The New Yorker for almost 20 years. He makes reference to an indie-rock musician whose most popular track only brings in two-hundredeths of a cent per play. I included this article and found it interesting because, while the author clearly prefers the tangible media, our industry still gravitates towards streaming services.
