This version of Bloom's Taxonomy has been extended with a sharing component for Bloom's Digital Taxonomy and is listed in the higher order thinking skills. The functional level of sharing is publicly sharing, publishing and broadcasting.

Along with this printable version of Bloom's Taxonomy you will also find links to five resources. Four of these look at Bloom's (in a variety of ways) and one is a research paper that looks at sustainable innovation in teacher practice.

26 iPad Apps For A Paperless Classroom - Te@chThought

26 iPad Apps For A Paperless Classroom - Te@chThought | Keep learning | Scoop.it

"The paperless classroom is a compelling concept for what it symbolizes as much as anything else.

While it sounds sleek and futuristic and easy to organize and environmentally friendly, the reality is that paperless classrooms aren’t that simple. The “environmentally-friendly” part, for example, is wildly subjective: the costs of manufacturing–and eventually recycling and disposing of–tablets versus the loss of “renewable” trees and the subsequent waste that is environmentally-friendly."

Great Teacher-Approved Educational Games for iPad ~ Educational Technology and Mobile Learning | Keep learning | Scoop.it

"For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, summer is fast approaching. That means school will be out and summer learning loss will become a worry. One way to curb those concerns is with engaging and educational games, like this set of teacher-approved iOS apps."

A few iPad apps for the less engaging subjects elementary teachers may teach-- math and english. In my experience, math games were the only way I could make math interesting for my learners. Giving them a "Fun Friday" was an effective way to reward students for completing their work on time. Of course, they loved the games even though they were educationally oriented. To them, any game is better than no game at all. Thinking back to when I was a kid, I can relate to that line of thinking.

You need a manual of Thinglink. Look at http://ict-idee.blogspot.nl/2012/10/130-maak-interactieve-illustraties-met.html#more (Manual in Dutch. Translate-button on site).
Paula Jamieson's curator insight, August 5, 1:42 PM

I see huge value in the Thinglink tool (both App and Web), especially if you are a Google school and create or store digital archives online (as all you need is a URL to link too).

Our Year 4 to 6 teachers have created a Thinglink (placed on their clasblog) using their class photo and linked each one of the students blogs to it - simple, effective and visually capturing (Whanau love being able to view their blogs easily).

Oh, Twitter. You’re so useful for teachers. You connect educators so that they can share tools, tips and tricks, offer insight, and support one another. You bring your sexy social media-ness into the classroom to keep kids interested in what they’re learning when they think they’re actually (sort of) having fun instead.  That said, there …
