Intellectual 

School education is compulsory for children aged between six and sixteen; this obligation covers both elementary education (elementary school) and the first four years (collège) of secondary education.

 

  Elementary school is compulsory for all children who have reached the age of six. Generally, parents are expected to enrol their children in the school near their place of residence. Public education is free.

Politial: Our smart phones, tablets, and other devices are creating conflict in the Democratic Rebulic of Congo. It is not the things that are posted with the devices, its the devices themselves. They contain gold, tantalum, tin, and tungesten. These materials are taken from mines in the D.R.C. That cut profits to these armed groups.

Nearly 70 years on, two countries that never fought each other on the level that  the Soviet Union did with Germany, or the level that Japan did with the United  States continue to have a dispute over four islands.In September 1951, the Soviet Union declined to sign the San Francisco Peace  Treaty because Japan believed the four islands were theirs. It has been a source  of conflict ever since.

 The Ural Mountains seperate Europe and Asia.Ural Mountains formed about 300 million years ago, when the first reptiles were evolving. When the western Siberia plate smashed into the Baltica and North America plate, that pushed up the land to make the Ural mountains, and formed the supercontinent of Laurasia.

Aboriginal peoples use didgeridoos, a wind instrument made from long branches of wood that make a low and deep rhythmic sound.

The Australian dollar divides into 100  cents. Before the changeover to the current decimal system, the British sterling system was what the Australian currency was based on. The British sterling systems main unit was the pound, thewe're s also 12 pence to a shilling and 20 shillings to a pound. After the first European settlers in 1788 there were multiple forms of different currecy.

·  Plans for a single currency were first agreed in the Maastricht Treaty of 1992, when the then prime minister, John Major, secured an opt-out for the UK.

·  The euro began life on January 1, 1999, when exchange rates with "legacy" currencies were irrevocably fixed. For the first two years of its existence, it was only an electronic currency used by banks.

This article is our religion article for Europe. I found it interesting because it talks about the EU which have currently been studying in class. It talks the EU main headquarters have been filled with large religious people praying and spreading faith. They were doing this because of a religious crisis involving people questioning Europes past and future.

New Zealanders fresh water is in danger. New Zealanders feel the need to protect the water that they have now.  They're low land rivers, lakes, and streams are mostly polluted now. Forest & Bird Conservation Advocate, Nicola Vallance says he is now trying to use a precautionary aproach based on science to fix there water quality. 

In the decision, to make this water quality improve the commissioners noted that the main cause for environmental effects was leaching of harmful nutrients from the irrigated pasture into groundwater, and from there into the streams, rivers and lakes.  There is still a great amount of decisions to make on the water consent  applications.

Many people in the warm climate of Australia strive to be as equal as possible.
