In business, how do you know if you story has worked? There are a couple ways to determine if your organisational storytelling was successful.
What I like: two points. 1) when people smile or nod, or when they repeat your stories are signs of success; and 2) stories have a long tail -- someone 6 months from now will tell you what the story meant to them.
What I want more of: more ideas about what success looks like.
