At Journey Web Development, we are committed to delivering maximum value to our clients to help them succeed in a constantly changing and challenging business world. Our fundamental company values stem from understanding that our success is tied with success of our clients.
Journey President Sheila Upshaw founded the company in February of 2004 with just one client. Since then, Sheila has overseen hiring, sales, project management, financials and everything in between while growing the company to over 100 clients and counting. Sheila works closely with Tammy Gilbert and her team to assure that company operations are moving smoothly. She's also the creative person that clients rely on, as she guides a project from concept to success.
Sheila has been married for 9 years to Lee Upshaw, and they have a shih-tzu named Hope. When she's not working or studying for class, Sheila likes to paddleboard and can be seen around town on her Vespa. She attributes the success of Journey to having great folks around her.
