Europe’s newspapers are dying too

Europe’s newspapers are dying too | Journalism and the WEB | Scoop.it
The implosion of the newspaper industry, long a dreaded topic in the US, has finally hit the continent
Rodrigo Mesquita's insight:

Boston: reflexões sobre o silêncio e o momento no jornalismo em rede | Journalism and the WEB | Scoop.it
"It certainly takes courage to speak — but it takes a different kind of courage to be silent, to listen, to trust, and speak when the time is right. "
Rodrigo Mesquita's insight:

as mídias sociais (e a balburdia) ganhando terreno como referência para as notícias | Journalism and the WEB | Scoop.it

A Day in the Life of a Digital Editor, uma confissão de culpa

A Day in the Life of a Digital Editor, uma confissão de culpa | Journalism and the WEB | Scoop.it

Social media sites erroneously reporting the identity of Boston bombing suspects could find themselves on the end of libel lawsuits. If so, social media could change forever.

How paywalls are evolving

How paywalls are evolving | Journalism and the WEB | Scoop.it
Last week, I hypothesized that the publishing industry was going to informally settle on a single management-consultancy company to ask for paywall advice from.
Rodrigo Mesquita's insight:
