I think this applies to a lot of us: starting journals but not being able to keep going with them. A suggestion is given to allow for simply doing bullet points instead of sentences. Nice idea!

It makes me wonder how many people like the "feel" of handwriting in their journal, as opposed to simply typing out a journal. I, myself, still like the feeling of writing out my emotional state. What about you?

Has this situation ever happened to you? You remember a quote or a picture you saw online, but when you try to relocate it, you can't recall where you saw it first. I know I've wasted hours searching for long-lost blog posts I read ages ago.

Interesting Idea! Use Tumblr as a notebook service for yourself ... when you see something you like online, "blog" it with Tumblr and you will always have a record of it.

So fascinating to see a 100 year old notebook from a sailor trying to reach the North Pole. This is his journal. It was common at the time to keep journals, and these kind of documents make excellent primary research sources. I  also bet this would make a fascinating book!

What a perfect idea for making notes that you don't necessarily need to keep. One of the commentators mentioned that he could write notes for class, and then type them up later. Love this idea! 

 

This would be great for writers (like me) who write a lot of notes for a project, and then get rid of them, afterwards. Paper saver!
