Nokia has been struggling to reclaim its previous postion in the mobil phone market since it lost the battle to other smart phone manufacturers nearly a decade ago. However, it's impossible to achieve the goal using hard sell like it used to. Creativiy is the key to marketing communication and it is the only way Nokia can get people's attention again. Just like what the text bok says:  a creative advertising message is one that is built around a creative core or power idea. The core to Nokia's new  marketing strategy is to communicate effectively with young people using seperate promotion. These involves making the famous boy band One Direction as brand embassardor and start the campaign on twiiter etc. So far th result for this creativity has been really promising.

Nokia created advertisement aim at online audiences, both advertisement were successfully because over 500,000 viewers has viewed the ads Youtube alone and Twitter viewers was crazy. This is essential for Nokia as a brand to constantly use social media because many people will get to hear or see the ad and eventually could bring back Nokia previous success iin mobile industry.

I feel that Nokia is putting a lot of effort into marketing thier new phone range. By communicating with the younger audience, Nokia could potentially lose out on the more mature audience.

Have weekly or daily promotional for customers to try out new product or service. By doing so, both business and customers will be engaging more effectively because they will get to interact with one another face to face and get to know each very well. Therefore, business can receive crucial feedbacks from customers to make improvements.

never heard of this website until then. what a unique way of engaging customers. Customer have many options that they are able to engage in this service. one of my personal favorites is where you can organize a shopping list for your upcoming renovations. This helps customers because you can access this list anywhere that has an internet connection.
