Indie musicians are lazy. There I said it and I can never take it back. If I offended you I sincerely apologize but this fact is true. I can say this honestly though because I am certainly not guilt free of this! Drugs and alcohol aside, the majority of indie musicians simply don’t have the drive to make their music a success. Nobody masters the musical language overnight. Even prodigies must be introduced and have an introduction to music. I see it all the time as a full time piano teacher. Students sign up for lessons and then realize that they will actually have to work to achieve their goal of playing the piano. Music is such a wonderful abstract language that in order to truly enjoy it some basic concepts must be mastered first. "I Can Play Whatever I Want" sort of came out of a tiff with a certain band member in a certain band, one time. It's sort of vague but a particular instance occurred where I was being yelled at by a "band leader" right in the middle of a performance. I didn't take to it well and wrote this tune. Alternatively, it can be described as me being a classically trained musician with a broad knowledge of music, performing and recording which allows me to "Play Whatever I Want." I love to be vague...hehehehe

Greyce. The name is interesting at first glance. When I first watched this video I was mesmerized by the illustrative qualities. The song is amazing and has a calming vibe that takes over the room. Her bio states:
"We're All Gonna Die" was the first tune I wrote after almost a 10 year writers block. The tune also became my first tattoo. The things that look like "blood" to some people are is actually a .wav file of the song, well the first 2 measures to be exact...listen to the tune and you will hear what I am talking about. HIT PLAY!
