When It Comes to the Voice of the Candidate, Is Anyone Listening? | People Transform Organizations | Scoop.it

You should be thinking about the Voice of the Candidate if you are a hiring manager. Everyone that applies to an opening at your company may also be a current or potential customer, investor or blogger.

Bad experiences are more likely to be talked about.

What is the candidate experience at your firm? Do you know how candidates feel about applying for a job with your company?

How do you know? Remember, many candidates apply through a third party. You may never talk to the person. The person is likely to associate bad experiences with your brand, not the recruiter.
