Creo que, como bien concluye el autor de este post, se debeempezar por formar al personal sobre el buen uso de las redes sociales por cuestiones de seguridad y de reputación. después se puede crear una red social de empresa para poder comunicar fácilmente en el seno de la empresa y posteriormente favorecer el acceso a las redes sociales como fuente de información privilegiada y de establecimiento de contactos comerciales, por ejemplo. En una conversacion reciente con un Director General de una empresa del Sector Logistico le cuestionaba sobre que era el Talento. Su respuesta fue simple: “Aquello que sabemos hacer mejor”. Y fue entonces cuando le pregunte “¿Todos tus empleados tienen talento?”. Es aqui cuando dudo mas, aunque contesto: “En cierta medida si”. Os aseguro que no es gallego aunque su respuesta no me convencio mucho, por eso segui con mi interrogatorio “¿Y como desarrollais el talento en tu compañia?”. Es en este punto cuando empece a notar el nerviosismo y que no estaba comodo con la conversacion, aunque le entro un ataque de sinceridad “En mi compañia lamentablemente no desarrollamos el talento, y quizas yo soy uno de los Responsables de ello”. En mi interior resono lo siguiente ¡¡¡Vaya, un Manager que reconoce que no se desarrolla el talento en su compañia¡¡¡¡. Por lo menos es un buen comienzo. Via Ricard Lloria, Equipodiverta
