"Hakusensha's Hana to Yume magazine launched a new serialization by Nosatsu Junkie's Ryoko Fukuyama entitled Fukumenkei Noise on Saturday. The first 72-page chapter ran in Hana to Yume's 10th issue of the year.

The story focuses on a girl named Nino and Momo, a boy who lived next door to her. As children, they often sung together, and now as high school students, they become involved with the world of keionbu or band club.

The taglines for the new series read, "Nino is a girl who harbors feelings towards her friend, Momo. Just when she can no longer suppress her feelings, she encounters a boy who composes music...," and "What is the promise Nino made to a boy she met who composes music?""
