Davide Scabin, chef with 2 stars Michelin (Restaurant Combal.Zero), opens a new restaurant in Ivrea (North Italy).The pay off of the restaurant is "Back to the future and back to the past" and it resumes the philosophy of this place: 50% of dishes in menu will be local recipes, and 50% italian traditional food.Opens soon: 23.04. This is a very interesting course of italian cuisine. The teachers are 12 famous italian chef as Heinz Beck, Massimiliano Alajmo, Chicco Cerea, Massimo Bottura (He's one most important chef in the world), Norbert Niedelkofler, Moreno Cedroni, Giovanni Santini, Andrea Berton, Mauro Uliassi, Ciccio Sultano, Giancarlo Perbellini, Gennaro Esposito. The course takes 5 months of theory and practice. Then there is a stage of 4 month in very important restaurants in Italy.
