The other half is, “Heaven is other people, too.” To work in an organization necessarily means working with other people — coworkers, bosses, customers, vendors, the public. I would add, however, that if the difficult person is mentally ill, all the mindfulness in the world won't turn a relationship with a boss, employer, or co-worker into a healthy one. It can help, but it won't cure.
