NASA Sees Red: Are Missions to the Red Planet Worth the Money? - YouTube

This is a very good site because it shows what experts think about space exploration and why.  Another reason that it is a good site is because they say how it is good and bad.  They say that because of our tax dollars we share the pride in spin-off benefits but also said that either way we'll have to pay for what they discover.  If a private company discovered a spin-off benefit then we'd have to buy it with money.  If we have a non-private company and they discover a spin-off benefit we are still paying for it.  The only difference is that we are paying for it with tax dollars.  A couple of the experts also argue that if we take away non-private companies then some people will be left without a job and it will just cause more problems then we need.
