This article discusses that people smugglers have been selling tickets to seeking asylum in Australia, which will now be changed and they will either seek asylum in Papua New Guinea or be sent back home. It also shows the difficulties victims have to face once they are rejected, they will never be accepted in their home town because they are shamed amongst their community.  This appeals to readers emotions which creates conflict as people become angry and decide to take action.
