Winner of the Cork Literary Review Poetry Manuscript Competition Announced | Bradshaw Books | The Irish Literary Times | Scoop.it

Bradshaw Books is delighted to announce the winner of the Cork Literary Review Poetry Manuscript Competition.She is Annette Skade and will be published in the first half of 2013 by Bradshaw books.
The runners up are Jaki McCarrick and Maurice Devitt who will appear in the upcoming edition of the Cork Literary Review also due for publication in the first half of 2013.
We would like to thank all participants and encourage continuance with the craft of poetry and hopefully another entry for next year’s competition which will launch in February 2013.

His most recent collection of poetry is Games of Chance:A Gambler`s Manual (Oberon Press). His novel The Eskimo in the Net (Marion Boyars Publishers) was shortlisted for the Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award and was selected by the Literary Editor of the Daily Express  as his Book of the Year “scandalously ignored by the Man Booker judges...”.
