P- Teens might not know enough about nutrition or have enoguh time, there are others things going on, needing to move on the the next activity.
P- when you are eating on the run or in a hurry your not paying attention to what your body is telling you that your full so you just keep eating, causing you to eat to much or more than you need
B- good nutrition is important, teens are still growing, they need nutrien
S- EAT BREAKFAST, it so important to do this because its the source of your energy for the day, you need to start the day off right. combine your cereal with milk or eat yougurt because you dont need just carbs but also some protein, another good option could be and egg sandwhich, also easy to eat in the car on the way to school but also healthy and not to much or too filling.
S- For lunch a whole-grain bread with meat and cheese with lettuce, instead of a fattening mayo another good option is mustard,
S- Vegtables seem to be not eaten the most, its healthy to choose a raw vegatable insead of a cooked one that a lot of the nutrients are taken out.
S- Water and milk is what you should be drinking, sodas and juices are filled with sugar not only bad for your health but rotting to the teeth. energy drinks can make your heart race and effect your sleeping habbirs because of the caffine you intake.
S- If you play sports and are sweating its important to keep hydrated with water or Gatorade because of the electrolytes.
S- try to prepare to bring your own healthy snack from home instead of something from the vending machine.
S- for dinner sit down with your family, relax after a crazy busy day and enjoy a nice homecooked meal.
