5 Simple Apps That Let You Do More With Evernote

5 Simple Apps That Let You Do More With Evernote | iPads for Educators | Scoop.it

"When you test as much software as I do on a fairly regular basis, you tend to notice which apps you rely on and which ones fall off your radar after a while. Evernote, which is a handy note-taking and web clipping utility, isn’t necessarily one of those apps that I’ve been using regularly, but it is one that I keep coming back to again and again, and I’m always looking for ways to incorporate it into my routine."

TeachThought's curator insight, January 4, 2013 2:27 AM

I agree with the author that Evernote is a great utility, but it often ends up fading into the background, in my experience.  I have to make a conscious effort to start using it again.  Perhaps these apps will convince me to take up the trunk once again.  ;)

The iPad and the Teacher

The iPad and the Teacher | iPads for Educators | Scoop.it

"The role of the teacher is changing. From the ‘flipped class‘ discussion to the curriculum ‘focus’, a teacher’s remit is evolving. There is a developing pedagogy with new technology and the phrase ’24/7 learning’ permeates discussion. There are always opportunities to learn for students but the confines of the classroom are no longer the perceived determinants of education."
