Microsoft has yet to sell as many Surface tablets as other competitors, mainly Apple and Samsung. Not too long ago, the company unveiled the Surface Pro 3, which will not hit the UK before August. As far as the performance of the current Surface tablets

Microsoft's new Surface Pro 3 may or may not be 'the tablet that can replace your laptop', but if you're buying it in the UK, you'll have to pay a premium over the US price.

How will the prices stack up for schools?  These devices certainly straddle marked 'the tablet that can replace your laptop', but additional cost to UK buyers may be seen as unfair.  Too much too late?  Let's hope not.
