Fresno State University president said K-12 students' familiarity with tablets was a major factor in FSU's technology investment.

As we spun out a class using tablet technologies, 90%of the students in a post-class interview said that they could have successfully completed the course without the school issued Kindle Fire. Students have the technology already available to them.
