There are plenty of applications at therefore adding effects with filters to photos, but this one will also allow you to add effects to video. One of the effects reminds me of the animated style of video for the film 'A Scanner Darkly'.
There are occasions when you want to have a weird and wonderful effect applied to either a photo or a video and this application will do that for you on your iPad. I had a bit of fun trying it out and you have filters such as grunge, marble, black pencil and the wonderfully named 'Life on Mars'. It doesn't get better than that, does it? Delete the scoop?
