Please.  Please.  Please.  Remove barriers to entry for equipment that can help make the Internet run.  Some of our equipment ends up in customs for months and the ransom to extract that equipment is appalling.  Don't slow the net down with those old policies.

I wish I had seen this earlier!  So many times projects do fail or partially fail and rather than use that to strengthen future work - teams are tossed out.  It really makes a difference when you can work through issues with partners.
