A new mind mapping tool for creating mind maps online. To learn more about it, click Help ("i" on the toolbar).

All the editing tips are displayed on the default mind map.

When you save the map, you get a unique URL for your map.

The tool offers a great possibility to build a mind map collaboratively. Each time someone edits the map, the new version is saved with a new URL.

Bueno, sencillo, sin registro............no permite enlaces, ni archivos, ni imágenes.Útil para pensar, hacer una lluvia de ideas en el aula, planificar un proyecto o trabajo...

MindMup is a tool used to breakdown information. Great tool for primary students when looking at stories where they need to break the story down into the characters, environment etc.

Pinterest is quietly generating revenue by modifying user submitted pins.

Pinterest is quietly generating revenue by modifying user submitted pins. | WEBOLUTION! | Scoop.it

Breaking news that Pinterest is changing user submitted pins to make money. Are they now one of the biggest affiliates on the Internet?... That's the question [note MG]

I swore I wasn’t going to write about Pinterest again for a while after finishing a six part series of blog posts, but major developments keeping coming and no major news organizations seems to be covering them.

If you post a pin to Pinterest, and it links to an ecommerce site that happens to have an affiliate program, Pinterest modifies the link to add their own affiliate tracking code. If someone clicks through the picture from Pinterest and makes a purchase, Pinterest gets paid. They don’t have any disclosure of this link modification on their site, and so far, while it has been written about, no major news outlet has picked up on the practice or its implications.

Pinterest doing this is big news in my opinion for two reasons:

Curate Your Own Video Board: Chill Is The New Pinterest for Video

Robin Good: Chill, the video sharing and discovery site, has just introduced a new feature that allows anyone to clip and share, on a Pinterest-like thematic board, all of the video clips he finds on the web.

The new Chill bookmarklet works very much like the Pinterest one. When you click it, a page shows you all of the video clips found in that page and offers you to clip and "post" the one you want, with your comments.

It's as easy as that.

The generated "curated" Chill video boards are easy to scan and browse, though, in my view, a great boon would be the ability to check a few of those videos and to click a play button that plays them full screen back to back. This way I have the best of curated content, my own selection, and the final lay-back and watch gratification option.

Very promising.

Go try it out now: http://chill.com/bookmarklet
