The six practices are:

1. Train yourself before you enter class
2. Be consistent - integrate your successes regularly into your classes
3. Follow how students use tech - monitor the learner’s grasp of tools you use and reasons why they are being used
4. assign technology-rich projects in which the technology is an integral part of the work
5. Make tech use egalitarian - Equipping all learners with the same digital technologies
6. Truly connect - make the most of the opportunity to connect your learners with others from around the globe
