Financing development post-2015: Change everything without anything changing?

Financing development post-2015: Change everything without anything changing? | International aid trends from a Belgian perspective | Scoop.it
The scale of financing needs for sustainable development estimated by the United Nations exceeds a thousand billion dollars a year. Uganda plan to export medics halted, for now | International aid trends from a Belgian perspective | Scoop.it

Controversial plans for the "export" of 283 Ugandan medics to the Caribbean have been halted after the foreign affairs ministry said most of those shortlisted were government employees and so ineligible.
