Si parla tanto di engagenent in comunicazione interna, ma effettivamente come sarebbe accolto in una azienda Italian uno strumento come BuzzTale? Nella maggior parte dei casi l’azienda penserebbe che sia tempo sprecato, gli impiegati risponderebbero che non è compito loro e che non hanno tempo – per poi postare indignati l’accaduto su Facebook – e da fuori si taccerebbe l’iniziativa di populismo e falsità (dove si sono mai visti degli impiegati felici?). C'è ancora molto da fare in questo ambito.

I dipendenti sono i primi ambasciatori del brand. Differenti possono essere le ragioni per le quali i vostri dipendenti non sono anche vostri clienti, ma se non lo sono perché non credono in quello che fanno, allora è un bel problema per l'azienda. Ascoltarli può essere utile nel risolvere diversi problemi e far diventare l'azienda un posto migliore | Employees are brand's first ambassadors. They could not be your customers for different reasons, but if they aren't because they don't believe in what they do it's a big issue. Listen to them first, will solve several problems within the company and make it a better place.
