I.F. does indeed get you ripped fast. Plus you maintain pretty much all muscle mass using this method of dieting. Also you can eat whatever you want, just as long as it fits your daily macro intake. People who try this often say they get much leaner using intermittent fasting as opposed to regular dieting.

I will definately agree. Intermittent fasting is just amazing for burning fat off your body. Many people who try it get much leaner as opposed to just simply dieting. Plus, body builders who use this can get very lean and still maintain muscle mass.
