Church leaders - Pastors, especially!!!  -- need to pay careful attention to this critical part of growing your ministry.  DELEGATION builds the team, makes the Pastor more effective-- not only because many hands lighten the load, but equally true that the reallocation of time and internal peace is what many Pastors need to remain revitalized, effective, and not burned out.  Trust in your team is what builds a great organization!
