A 28-year-old teacher in California was placed on administrative leave after she gave birth to a baby fathered by one of her students, police said.

Scott Bergman's insight:

People need to "butt out". Doesn't sound like the woman or the boy had a problem with this relationship. When I was 16 There was several cute teachers I'd of loved to have a relationship with. My point... the woman took advantage of nobody. To answer your next question... no, this opinion would not apply to a male tacher and a female student. Why? Boys are male, the male species lives for oppertunities like this. It's a fact jack.

Scott Bergman's insight:

Thats becuase Obama hates our military service members and their families. There was plenty of money to drag his family and their friends across africa on a very extravagant trip that essentially gives the United States nothing.

It’s been a great week for gay activists, but Dr.

The New England Patriots have released tight end Aaron Hernandez after he was arrested Wednesday morning at his Massachusetts home.
Scott Bergman's insight:

Well now, lets not let a little thing like "innocent until proven guilty" stand in the way of anything. He was arrested, so he must be guilty of horrible acts. Well, at least that seems to be the opiniomn of the patriots team leadership and the commenters on this story.

Zimmerman jury is homogeneous -- and dangerous

Zimmerman jury is homogeneous -- and dangerous | Interesting News in General | Scoop.it
The selected jury members of the George Zimmerman trial could hardly be more homogeneous - and potentially disastrous.
Scott Bergman's insight:

Yes, by all means we should put black folks on this jury, maybe even direct friends of Tevon Martin. After it's not about justice, it's about perception, and perception should dictate who is on the jury, not impartialness. What on earth was the defense thinking?? It's almost like the defense wants zimmerman to go free! The nerve, defending an innocent man.

Scott Bergman's insight:

Perhaps if bicyclists showed some respect and consideration for the cars on the roadway, AND followed traffic laws, shit like this wouldn't happen. But, bicyclists have a "god syndrome" on the highway and make horrible choices, making their safety an issue that rests soley on the drivers of automobiles. 95% of bicyclists are nothing but idiots and I have no love for them.

Snowden kinda screwed the pooch. He's pretty much hosed now. I kinda thought he was smarter than he is, but guess not. Gives away state secrets that really only capture the headlines for a few weeks and ruins his life 100% in the process.

This US Soldier has been held prisioner by the Taliban for the last 4 years. While I think it was awesome that ex-soldier Jessica Lynch was rescued by the navy seals in a huge effort, I have to wonder why the military never made much effort to rescue this soldier. I guess he wasn't pretty enough.
